My kitchen is pretty simple. After all, who has room for a bunch of gadgets in a smallish galley kitchen? There are, however, a few tools of the trade that I adore. Meet tool #1. Jacob got this for me for Christmas and I haven't stopped loving it. I use it to blend pasta sauces, soups, etc. The best part? You can use it right in that hot pot or pan! No more messy transfers to the blender. The other best part? Very cool attachments that I actually use, like this mini-blender.
